HOMELAND: A JOURNEY THROUGH TIME AND MEMORY (work in progress)

This series revisits the first decade of my life in California’s San Joaquin Valley —a time filled with light, joy and a sense of wholeness.

By blending my contemporary photographs with historical postcards, I reflect on both my memories of home and the past, as well as the region’s evolution—how it has changed in many ways, yet remains the same. Through this process, I examine the ways in which personal and collective histories intertwine. At its core, this work questions the reliability of memory and how it shapes our understanding of both past and present.
